The coatings we use

For masonry we use breathable, waterproof, UV-stable wall coatings designed for the British climate — they let moisture out but stop water in. For uPVC and metal cladding we use specialist adhesion-promoter primers and a flexible topcoat that won’t crack as the substrate moves.

Process

We organise scaffolding where required, pressure-wash and prep the exterior, mask all windows, doors and trim, treat any moss or organic growth, and apply two coats of topcoat to a uniform finish. Most semi-detached houses are completed in 4–7 days.

Cost
